The Saturdays

Saturdays are such fun days.
Today three of my crazy funny friends from the South Bay (translation for non-Angelenos: beach cities area south of Los Angeles International Airport) came for a tea luncheon.

I fed them three kinds of tea sandwiches, blueberries,

and four choices of scones.

They wanted to check out my new neighborhood to make sure it was safe
and sane.

It's really hard to get a good photo of all four of us because one of us will always manage to start the rest of us laughing at the exact second the camera flashes.

What a great way to spend a Saturday!

Glad you had a wonderful time with your friends. A great way to spend a day.
They are called "beach huts". People b uy them and then use them for the day when they are there. They leave all their stuff there but cannot spend the night. You would not believe how expensive they are. Probably between six and nine thousand dollars.

Willow,

Looks like you girls had a lot of fun. The rattlesnake sign kind of threw me for a loop. I'm glad you had such a perfect Saturday. Take care. Mary
