Day Two

Today I am thankful for my camera! It may sound like a pretty lame object of thankfulness but I have had many many hours of pleasure using it to photograph people and places and then many more hours uploading and refining those pictures into something I hope resembles art.

This wonder of modern digital technology was a Christmas gift two years ago from Son Number Two, for whom I am also thankful.
God has gifted him with exceptional abilities and he enjoys the challenge of using those abilities in his area of work. His personality is a good blend of sharp wit, kindness, steely intelligence, and generosity.
And he's a really cool uncle, too.

I think both of these boys are keepers, don't you?

Oh Willow, they are for keepers for sure! At times we are so engrossed with many things that we lose sight of what's important. Those few weeks of home rest certainly made me re-think what is really important, esp. the family part and that nothing else is important without them. You have a great week ahead :D

Definitely keepers! It's amazingly unfair how Kakak stole all the charm and talent in the family. ;oP
