A Whimsical Window in San Diego

Now this is a whimsical window:
a skyscraper in downtown San Diego has a window at the very tip top of its tower.
I wonder who lives up there and gazes at the pelican's eye view of San Diego Bay.

    That reminds me of an arial view from above the space shuttle - the building climbs like a rocket and lands like a plane. It appears to be on its launching pad!

    BEAUTIFUL image, Willow... I love the austere, interesting architecture of this place... What is this place/building? It has an almost other-worldly feel to it! Yes, rather space-like! Happy Days :o) ((HUGS))
