1. Friends! Like Ellen who loaned me one of her cameras when we visited The Getty Center last week.
2. The Professor's technology magic was applied to my computer to fix the problem I was having uploading the Getty Center photos. I love being married to a computer magician.
3. The Getty Center is one of the most beautiful museums I've ever seen. The white travertine marble buildings are gorgeous inside and out, and they also contain incredible treasures. I cannot possibly post at one time all the photos I took. I plan to do that over the next few days.
4. Sour Cream Cinnamon Rolls. I was going to write Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Walnut Cookies again because I baked more of them for our weekday lunches, but I decided to mention the cinnamon rolls because I made those for our weekday breakfasts.
5. Echinacea tea. Daily doses this week for a cold that has been plaguing me since Tuesday.
This was Willow's Week. How was yours?

HURRAY indeed for computer geniuses (extra bonus if they reside with you!). I'm glad your Getty pics are accessible and am looking forward to seeing them. Sour cream cinnamon rolls, huh? Now I've got to look that up!
Thank goodness for knowing what to do with a computer when its playing up. lovely pictures of the Getty Museum. I hope your cold stops bugging you soon. Jane x
I am so glad you've been able to get your pics uploaded to the blog...with the professor's help! I'm thankful to be married to a computer genius too!
Hope your cold is gone soon.
"I love being married to a computer magician." I couldn't agree more, Willow! My IT-pro hubby has helped me out of many a computer glitch and snag! But the talk of those sour cream cinnamon rolls is distracting me... oh YUM!! Happy Weekend, my friend :o) ((HUGS))
Good Friends. . a good husband ..a good outing to a fabulous museam .. and delicous rolls to begin your day .. yes, I'd say your week turned out just great.
We had a great wind and rain storm yesterday and last night .. and I love those.
Knowing a computer wizard is a definite plus in this day and age!
The Getty is a wonderful local resource! Love a nice sit down in the restaurant to round out the visit.
Cinnamon rolls....I'll be right over!
My son is the computer whiz here. I don't know what I'll do when he moves out!
Both the rolls and cookies sound good!
It would be nice to be married to a computer magician. Glad you don't take it for granted.
That museum looks incredible. And the cinnamon rolls sound delicious.
My week was very nice, thank you! I think that sour cream cinnamon rolls sound absolutely heavenly! (and that you should share that recipe!) But the cookies sounded pretty good too!
I DO wish sOMetimes that I was married to Computer Magician -- but then I think sometimes I might be better off not. I'm afraid of all the additional warnings and instructions I would be given. His father was a computer genius ... and that was close enough for me! :) It works for me that he says... "don't look at ME, I know NOTHING! Call the Geek Squad!" LOL!!!
That Getty center looks pretty interesting ... I'll have to come back to see what more you have to share!
Oh yippee. I'm glad you got the photos back :0)
No fave 5 for me today. I'm a bit exhausted...
Echinacea tea - so you can use that for a cold. Thanks for mentioning that. Visiting a museum is one of my favorite activities in the world. It was fun reading your no. 3. I wish I could find sour cream cinnamon rolls by and by when I go out for brunch or at least an equivalent.
Gorgeous photos. The sunlight on the marble is amazing... I hope you kick that cold!
Sour cream cinnamon rolls. I have never heard of that but boy oh boy they sound good!
How nice of Ellen to loan you her camera. And I don't know what I would do without my computer knowledgable hubby either.
The Getty is wonderful, isn't it? Sorry to hear you've been under the weather. Seems like it's going to one of those bad winters for illness. Maybe you're just getting yours out of the way early:)
I am VERY thankful for my own computer geek hubby!!
love your list...those rolls sure sound yummy......
I'm stuck on the cinnamon rolls! Yum! They just sound soooo good!
Nice week!
I'd love to see more of your Getty Museum photos! If I ever get back to S. CA I'll try to go here..it ounds so interesting.
I really upon my husband for all computer questions ...we are lucky to have "experts" amongst us ..lol
you're sneaky....getting both the cookies AND the cinnamon rolls in one point. LOL.
YAY for hubbys whose computer abilities work magic for us! The Getty Center looks lovely - I'll be back to see the rest of the photos!
A museum ---and what a museum
I long to go there
and food
and techno success
sounds like a good week to me!
Sorry you are having problems with the photos. It sure must be good to have a hubby who is a computer expert although I guess it could make me lazy.
Knew all about your trip from Sara and glad you all had a good time.
I have never visited the Getty Center, but from the looks of your pic's it appears very intriguing.
Friends and help with computers are always favorites! I agree that warm tea when not feeling well is also worthy of being listed.
Hope you find yourself feeling better soon!
That museum looks stunning!!
Adding chocolate chip oatmeal walnut cookies to my baking list.....and will have to keep my eye out for the tea. :)
I've got a technology magician in my house too. I'm very grateful for him.
Hope you have a great week!
I'm late for FFF because I'm NOT married to a computer magician :)
Oh well - he keeps me warm with a great stack of firewood and laughing with his great sense of humor - you can't have every talent :)
I'm with Melli - please share your sour cream cinnamon roll recipe.
I love Echinacea tea, over here, we've been eating lots of Tulasi or Holy Basil, which is great for fighting flu, colds and sore throat. Yes, it's great to have a computer wizard nearby for sure..though cant say much about mine here..tapi tak apa, kadang kadang pun helpful :) Pop over for some Indon food...love ya...M
I love being married to a computer whiz too. it's great.
That museum looks wonderful. Maybe when we make it back to CA I'll definately make a trip.
ps your questions about the orphans, being adoptable, I assume they are but haven't asked.
