Fog

It's a foggy afternoon along the Pacific Coast Highway beach route.

Sometimes the low clouds creep across the road and up the steep coastal mountain.

It's difficult to discern where the sea ends and the sky begins.

But it's still fun, and it's still PCH.

Great shots of your misty days.
The sun will shine soon again...
I actually thought about bringing out some knitting as I enjoy the longer evenings again.

Love those mystic, horizonless days. Fantasies swirl almost out of sight in the fog. Great photos!

My last house was a block back from the beach on the southern tip of Lake Michigan. Your pic reminded me of early morning strolls when the water was still and the fog and the mist would blur the lines between land, lake, and sky. It was silent and mysterious. I miss it sometimes.

Must have been hotter than heck in land if you were having that much fog across the PCH. Sigh...oh how I love fog growing up at the beach and how horrible it was to get dressed in fog appropriate attire, then cross the 5, and boom, it was way to hot for what I was wearing!

Looks like paintings too. I love fog in the day but am silly to be quite scared of fog at night. Happy Mid-Autumn & happy weekend !
