Oh Hai~

I think I'm back.  And it's not even the very end of Silent September.  I have four more days.

We've spent our spare time visiting with our son.

And reading. And knitting. I've been knitting, that is.  We've both been reading.  And teaching.

I'm hoping to resume posting on a bi-weekly basic.  Emphasis on 'hoping'.

What have you been doing while I've been in self-imposed blog exile?

Love the Chaplin insignia above his name! May God protect him from evil!

Yes! We do need cooler weather, so we can actually enjoy out handknits! Wonderful that you got to visit with your son.

We've been thinking about all of you and keeping your son in our prayers! We've also been celebrating our 20th anniversary!!!

Welcome back! And what a nice shot of your son. I've mostly been working and not blogging much. Hope you are adjusting to your schedule.

So glad you've been having some days with your sweet son, Willow. I can see a lot of you in him. :o) My own September posting have been a bit more erratic than "usual". Last we took a long weekend to London to see some art. Just now posting again and surfacing myself. Great to catch up with you! Happy Weekend ((HUGS))

Thanks for introducing yourself over at my blog! In reading a bit of your last two posts I realize we have a number of common interests. I worked as a teaching assistant in a NY elementary school for seven years, and as a private tutor for Charter school students in northern CA for seven years. I loved the work! I am looking forward to our bloggy exchanges:)
Joy to you and yours,
Gracie

You've got many things happening in your life and you are enjoying them all. Sometimes it's good to take a breather from blogging and not feel guilty. I feel somewhat renewed after my summer break...You will be so happy to know that I'm starting knitting classes this Tuesday....
