Some days you just need a visit to the beach.
There were high tide warnings. The birds were cautious, perching on the rocks above the waves.
Looking away, we saw the cliff looming above us on the other side of Pacific Coast Highway.
But nothing soothes the soul like a sunset at the beach.

Oh, see, if I lived near the beach going for walks would be so much more pleasant. Today just walking across the street was a challenge, what with all the ice. I have to wear grippers on my boots and then when I get to a sidewalk without snow or ice I have to take them off. On/off, on/off. (sigh) Lovely beach. Thanks for stopping by. I'll send you the osteo information you were curious about. Hugs, Nancy
Back again. I see no email contact for you. Here's the link to the blog I mentioned:
https://theotheri.wordpress.com/category/health-and-sickness-puzzles-and-trade-offs/osteoporosis/
And the book is Marilyn Glenville's Osteoporosis – how to prevent, treat and reverse it. I've ordered it and will share what I learn from it on my blog. All the best, Nancy
