Hi, Willow, Glad your headache is better. Looks like a wonderful visit to the sea. I'm ever fascinated by the patterns of waves breaking onto the beach. My little red heart is stitched in various woollen and cotton embroidery threads on calico and red paper lame, before assorted tiny red beads were added to enrich the surface. I used cross stitch, ramdomly placed - I guess I should have called it "Cross my Heart"! I enjoyed doing it so I'm making one for myself and might make some more. Best wishes from England.
So sorry about the headache! The bike ride looks like it was fun!! You must have had some hills to climb and that doubles any steps you took!! You're moving!! That's good!! The beach is so pretty!
Let's see you actually walked almost 70 thousand steps in five days which sounds to me like 14 thousand steps a day, plus a 6 1/2 mile bike ride . . . I sure hope you have upped your usual calorie intake, because you are well on the way to skin and bones, woman!
Glad you took time off to coddle your headache.and your beachride looks soooo awesome! Envy, envy!
I'm sorry you weren't feeling well. But i am SOOO jealous of this gorgeous scenery that you get to see on your bike rides!!!! Maybe you can adopt me and I can live there with you??

Yikes! Look at you with that bike! Well done. That counts for a lot of steps too. Now was that 6-1/2 miles each way so a total of 13 miles??
Headaches like that are awful, glad yours is better. Well done for doing all those miles on your bike. Jane x
