People have asked about the blue yarn. It is going to be a cardigan, and it's nearly finished.
People also asked about the white background for the turquoise vases (which were gifts two years ago from MamaMia and one of her high school friends because they found them in an antique mall in Oregon and, knowing how much I love blue, they just had to get them for me). I have to confess that the white background is the result of dumb, blind luck. I overexposed the shot because my flash was on, as were six overhead bulbs, and next to the vases but not in the photo, was a mirror, and so even more light was reflected onto the painted background. I learned something about light with that shot.

More nice photos. It looks like you are having fun with Project Blue. And I love your honest about overexposing the previous shot. But so much of what we do is trial and error. So it wasn't what you were trying for but it ended up working. You also learned how to reproduce the effect should you so choose. So I say it was a great job.

Whenever I go to a boutique I try on handknitted sweaters but they are usually so big. . I have knit before. . Indian sweaters. but I didn't make them any bigger than I absolutely had to. .
