Three Fun and Fantastic Links From My Meanderings on the Web

This free e-book is the best single source I've found that explains the changes I've made in my diet and my reasons for doing so.  Healthy Eating Rules by Christianna Pierce.

Miss minimalist recently published this post concerning the aftermath of the tragedy in Japan.  I wish everyone in the entire world would read it!

My husband pointed out this story in our local newspaper, commenting that it's ONE way to declutter your belongings.

Thank you for these fascinating links! I've downloaded the book, and read the Japanese link. Still need to see the newspaper. I appreciate this information and I'm going to take a closer look at the dietary information.

This post is full of good information! My heart goes out to the people of Japan... they are strong so we know that they'll get through this. I think our own country has had to cut back on materialism through this current recession and I think that is a good thing. I was just cleaning out closets this week and thinking about where to send things so that other people can enjoy them. It is mentally fatiguing to have too much, as well as physically exhausting to clean and keep track of it all. The older I get, the more minimalist I want to be!
