Hyde Park in London is a fascinating place to take a stroll. You can walk through the Hyde Park Arch on your way in to the Park.
You can walk along the main walkways past the Serpentine (a lake) and through grassy meadows and groves of trees.
There are gardens, too. We particularly enjoyed walking through the rose garden.

How great is that. I love these photos and I think a photo with Peter and E.E. is great. The heron shot is cool. Looks shorter and chubbier than the ones I've seen
:0)
I'm so glad you are getting around to posting more of your England adventure.
Beautiful photos of Hyde Park, I would have loved the Rose garden too. No wonder your bunny wanted her photo taken she must have spotted the bunny on the statue, both look very cute. In reply to your question the pincushions are stuffed with toy stuffing. Jane x
e.e.bunnings meets Peter Pan. Hmm, there must be a story in that. . .
I'm feeling at home again. I hope I answered some of your castle questions.
You make me see London with new eyes!
The gardens are splendid.
Thank you for the great photos. I was in Hyde Park briefly many years ago. If I remember correctly, it was raining lightly and everything was very green.
Hello Willow......
Enjoyed more of your pictures taken on your recent visit to England. You certainly got around to see some great sights and were blessed with sunnier weather than we’ve had recently...... but I think Wales has had more rain than the rest of the UK.... August has been a total wash out. Take care. Marion
Oh, Willow...thanks again, for taking me back to London! :o) Sooo cute to see that rabbit at the Peter Pan sculpture ;o) Hyde Park and St James's Park are our favorite London parks. Especially Hyde Park, which has great sentimental value for hubby & I was it was the first London park we visited on our honeymoon there in 2000. Oh, these photos make my heart sing...Just LOVE London! Thanks so much for visiting. We leave for the US on Wednesday morning. And as ever, hopw to post whie we're away. I hope to post something before we leave too...so busy since the weekend and now to pack--LOL! Happy Days, my friend ((HUGS))
silly bunny .. .it reminds me of the travelocity ads with the garden gnome showing up here and there. . very nice pictures of Hyde park Willow.
I loved Hyde Park!! I saw the dolphin statue but how did I miss the Peter Pan statue??
Lucky Eleanor Elizabeth! What a well-traveled bunny...you could create a calendar with EE; a splendid photo for each month to show her travel adventures.
I enjoyed the walk through Hyde Park with you. So lovely.
Beautiful pics. I love the one of the lavender with the samuri grass (it's meant to grow where a samuri's blood has fallen and shows it in the red tips). The poppies were so beautiful too- they have such a fragile beauty.
Perfect that Eleanor Elizabeth wanted a pic withPeter pan. What young bunny wouldn't?
Those photos are wonderful. I read a lot of books that mention Hyde Park and it's nice to see some images. I love the picture of the little pathway through the flowers.
