Beautiful blue skies, though today they are filled with puffy white and grey clouds, but the sun is managing to peep through and the breeze is trying to chase the rain showers away. Jane x
Loved the story about making the new boy laugh! What a joy that must be! And I totally agree about orange. Keep on showing photos of dear old England. Happy weekend.
Lovely photo. One of my great grandmothers played violin there. Isn't it strange what you suddenly remember that you didn't know you knew?
Can't wait for the insider's view of CS Lewis's house. A friend sent me a link to a tour of places associated with him in Belfast. Fascinating! He used to go to the Ribchester area near here too- I was quietly reading about some local walks and his name came up again. Cor the moment you find something suddenly you are finding more- brilliant!
My son is getting married next Saturday and he and I are going to dance to 'Blue Skies'. Unfortunately we have had few blue skies lately... lots of gray. Hopefully the weather next weekend, when we are on the coast of Maine, will be sunny and warm!It will be what it will be! Enjoy the day!

Blue skies from across the world are beautiful! I took one last night and will share it later. You will enjoy it because of where I took it. :)

He did sing "London Bridge is Falling down"...and that is your bro and Herb in the right hand corner of the pic. :)
I love the contrast of the lacelike stonework against the puffy clouds and sky. Great photo!
A glorious shot, Willow. Wish I could see that in person.
