Month of Memories #2

Nothing says summer like flowers.  This is a Wisconsin version of the ubiquitous butter yellow flowers that bloom everywhere, all season long.

Aw, beautiful photograph! It certainly feels like summer here today-- very hot and muggy! I'm looking forward to it being a little cooler and the apples being ready to pick!

Thanks for letting us admire the sunny flower photo, Linda!

Today, I hope to get much done on crocheting a shawl I started last year :-) XX

Very spring-like image, Willow.

Looks like those needles never stopped this summer. I made a nice collection of cowls from different yarns that I had laying around.
My next project is my first attempt at a sweater...so i made my first 'swatch' last night in class. A sweater for Ivy.
Enjoy the up coming months.

Such a pretty flower! We are seeing many small wild sunflowers this summer along the roadsides. It must have been because of all the rain we had, as we did not seer them last summer
