Now these are some intense doors! I think that doors and doorways say so much about a home, don't you? I have been enjoying your pictures. Hope you are getting all of your projects finished. Plus I hope you are taking time for yourself before the hectic school schedule begins. Take care.

Those are doors that would seem to belong at Oxford. They are old and heavy. Good picture.

Oh I love these doors. Look at all that great detail and the weathering. I want to go to Oxford especially after watching Bones last night...

Hi Willow,
I know you...you're Ellen B.'s friend. Thanks for visiting my blog this morning and posting a comment about my little tour of Tudor homes.
Christmas is a bit off, but I will definitely be giving a tour of homes in all their Holiday splendor.
You can still visit until then and beyond.
Oh, your doors are fantastic! straight out of a fairy tale and I saw that your sweet little bunny got to visit them too. Lucky Bunn!
Have a wonder filled day.

Those door sure look like it would take a mighty arm to open and close them.

If you get a few minute stop on by and the coffee is on.

I love the juxtaposition of the scrolls and the austere arches!

I really, really LOVE this Oxford door...all that curly ironwork decor is fantastic. And, of course, since you have us just a peek beyond, I want to go through it and see what's on the other side!
